Before being promoted to President, Mr. Shamma served as Senior Vice President and Northeast Area Manager. In that role, he oversaw daily operations, guided the development of business growth strategies, managed client relationships, and led business development initiatives. Michael has also worked for other consulting firms in similar roles.

Michael served 24 years with the New York State Department of Transportation. He held many positions at NYSDOT, including Region 2 Director and Chief Engineer, through which he was responsible for a $2.2 billion annual capital construction program.

"Mike embodies everything I look for in a leader: wisdom and common sense, along with the ability to lead and listen, delegate and get down in the trenches, and inspire and respect colleagues," said Samuel I. Schwartz. "Clients will find Mike to be thorough, delivering high-quality work on time and within budget.”

“I am excited and confident about our future, because with such a great team will come great achievements," Mr. Shamma added.
